Lady Liberty’s Star-Spangled Glory

Hi, I’m Lady Liberty's Start Spangled Glory — though most of my friends just call me Lu! I stand 22 inches at the shoulder, weigh in at a sleek 47 pounds, and I like to think of myself as the perfect mix of brains, beauty, and boundless energy. My people say I’m “smart as a whip,” and honestly, they’re not wrong — I can figure out just about anything if it means I get to join in the fun (or get closer to a ball).

Speaking of balls… let me tell you, fetch is life. My motto? “See ball, chase ball, conquer ball.” In fact, the neighborhood balls have started a support group — rumor has it they hate to see me coming. Whether it’s a tennis ball, squeaky ball, or anything round that bounces, I’m there in a flash, ready to play until your throwing arm gives out.

But don’t let all that energy fool you — I’m also one of the sweetest girls you’ll ever meet. After a good game of fetch, I’m happiest curled up with my people, dishing out affection and soaking up all the love I can get. I live life at full speed, but my heart is just as big as my drive to chase.
