We value the health, safety, and comfort of our puppies. We take every precaution to ensure your new family member arrives safely and stress-free. Below are our delivery options and policies.

Pickup at Our Homestead

We always welcome families to pick up their puppies directly from our homestead. This allows you to meet us in person, see where your puppy was raised, and receive hands-on guidance for the transition home. Pickups are scheduled by appointment only.

Ground Transport

Please contact a USDA-certified, professional pet transporters who specialize in safe, stress-free puppy delivery.

Transporters should provide regular updates during the journey.

Costs vary depending on distance and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery is available throughout most of the U.S.
Flight Nanny Services

For families outside driving distance, please arrange an in-cabin flight nanny to personally accompany your puppy.

Instead, they ride in-cabin with their nanny for maximum comfort and safety.

Flight nanny fees depend on the airline, route, and availability.
What’s Included with Every Delivery
Each puppy travels with:

Timelines

Puppies are ready to go home starting at 8 weeks, once cleared by our veterinarian.

Delivery or pickup must be scheduled in advance.
Payment & Pickup Policies

Full payment is required before any pickup, transport or delivery is scheduled.

Any changes or delays (due to weather, etc.) will be communicated promptly.
Our goal is to make your puppy’s journey home as smooth, safe, and stress-free as possible. Whether you pickup in person or use one of our trusted transport options, we’re here to help every step of the way.

We are committed to raising healthy, well-socialized puppies and ensuring each one is matched with a loving home. Because of the care, planning, and expenses involved in breeding and raising our puppies, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits secure your place on our reservation list and hold a puppy for you until they are ready to go home. Deposits may be transferred to a future litter at our discretion, but they are never refunded.

Final Payments
Once final payment is made and your puppy is picked up or delivered, no refunds will be issued. This applies in situations where you change your mind, family circumstances change, or housing, financial, or personal issues arise.

Health Guarantee
While refunds are not offered, every puppy leaves our care with a veterinary health check and documented vaccinations and deworming. We stand behind the health of our puppies and provide a 2 year written health guarantee at the time of sale.
Return Policy
If at any point you are unable to care for your puppy, he or she must be returned to The Klepper Homestead. Puppies may not be surrendered to shelters, rescues, or re-homed independently. While no refunds will be issued, we will gladly accept the puppy back into our care and assist with responsible rehoming.
Buyer Responsibility
By purchasing a puppy from The Klepper Homestead, you acknowledge that bringing home a puppy is a long-term commitment of 10 to 15 years. You have reviewed and accepted our policies before placing a deposit, and you understand that all sales are final.
